- Abstract
- As computer networks have become increasingly popular as a tool to provide and exchange information these days, many domestic and international institutes have set up World Wide Web (WWW) Homepages and provide information through them. SPring-8 set up the SPring-8 WWW Homepage in February, 1996. Since then, the site has been accessed from around the world numerous times. In this article, the current status of the SPring-8 WWW site is described, and future plans to expand information areas are noted.
