Details: Proprietary Measurement Service Proposals (Reg.)
The staff of Japan Synchrotron Radiation Research Institute (JASRI) will perform measurements on behalf of users. Therefore, users can choose whether to come to SPring-8 and be present during the measurements or to simply send their samples to the SPring-8. Minimum available shift is 0.125 shift (1 hours). This service is intended to provide convenience for companies and research institutions that find it difficult to sustain specialized staff. Measurement service proposals are exclusively for proprietary use.
The following five measurement methods are available:
XAFS (BL14B2)
Powder X-ray diffraction (BL19B2)
Macromolecular crystallography and small-angle scattering (SAXS) (BL19B2)
High energy X-ray CT (BL28B2)
Hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HAXPES) (BL46XU)
