A vehicle pass is issued for users who visit SPring-8/SACLA by car.
Procedures for issuing vehicle pass
Please download the Vehicle Pass Request Form [PDF] and fill out all the required information well in advance of your visit.
Upon arrival, please visit the guard house at the Main gate, show identification (employee/student ID card, driver’s license, etc.) and submit the completed vehicle pass request to receive your vehicle pass. Make sure you leave your vehicle pass clearly visible from the windshield at all times while parking in the SPring-8/SACLA site.
If your pass is lost, or you fail to follow the required procedure for some reason, contact JASRI User Administration Division immediately.
When you leave SPring-8/SACLA, please visit the guard house at the Main gate, and return your vehicle pass there.
