Details: Liquid Nitrogen

Liquid nitrogen can be obtained at five fill stations located at even intervals along the outer wall of the experimental hall of the Storage Ring. To use liquid nitrogen, users must take a safety training class (involving watching a safety video). To sign up for a training class, contact the JASRI Safety Office during office hours (9:00–17:30 on weekdays) located on the 2nd floor of the A Central area of the Storage Ring Building. The duration of the class is about 5 min. Keep a record of the liquid nitrogen and Dewar container you have used in the logbook. 

*While filling the Dewar container, avoid direct contact between the sensor and N₂ gas.
