Please be sure to clear them all before arrival.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Registration procedure for radiation workers (<a href=\"\/?p=26820&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Form 5-1<\/a>)\u3000*For All Users<\/strong><br \/>For the procedures for registration, change, cancellation, etc., of radiation workers at SPring-8 and SACLA, please access the <a href=\"https:\/\/harimariken01.spring8.or.jp\/english\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Riken Harima Safety Center<\/a>, click &#8220;Procedures for Registration for Radiation Worker,&#8221; fill in the required information, and submit it at least 10 days before your first visit in each fiscal year. As for the applicant type, select \u201cSPring-8\/SACLA user\u201d and fill in the required fields. *If you belong to RIKEN\/Harima (RIKEN visiting scientists, RIKEN external users, etc.), please confirm the applicant type to the RIKEN SPring-8 Center. You must sign up and create the page to submit Form 5-1 online.
