To conduct your research at SPring-8, please submit the research proposal during the Call for proposal round. When your proposal is approved you\u2019ll receive Approval Notice. Then you will need to complete the following administration procedures.

1\uff0eProposal Application and Review<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Project leader can submit proposals using the web-based system. User registration must be completed prior to the submission.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Requirements of Project leader<\/strong>
Project leader must be employee of affiliated with a legal organization or entity that may be any of the following:
\u30fbA public or private college, university or other institution of higher education
\u30fbA public or not-for-profit research organization
\u30fbA private company
Those who can register as a radiation worker when using synchrotron radiation.
Those who can secure 2 or more experimenters (prohibition of independent experiments).
Those who are graduate students in the doctoral course at the time of the project implementation (only for graduate student proposal).
\u203bUndergraduate students or person without affiliation cannot be the Project leader.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Proposals will be decided their adoption or rejection through an individual pre-screen by referees, a review by the SPring-8 Proposal Review Committee (PRC), and a deliberation by the SPring-8 Selection Committee.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Please return your user ID card, SPring-8\/SACLA Dosimeter (with RFID tag) and any borrowed items to the return boxes before you leave SPring-8. Any equipment that you brought on the experiment should be removed from SPring-8.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u30fbPlease clearly state the research number on your publications, and also indicate that the results are obtained at SPring-8.
