Users of non-proprietary priority proposals are required to pay a <a href=\"https:\/\/user.spring8.or.jp\/?p=27109&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">program fee<\/a> for priority use.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>Fees for Beamline Use for Proposals<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The fees for Beamline use for proposals are as follow.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-53380\" src=\"http:\/\/user.spring8.or.jp\/ui\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025_fee_list2_E.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1144\" height=\"727\" srcset=\"https:\/\/user.spring8.or.jp\/ui\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025_fee_list2_E.png 1144w, https:\/\/user.spring8.or.jp\/ui\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025_fee_list2_E-768x488.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1144px) 100vw, 1144px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Calculation of beamtime fee, user fees and Program Fee for Non-Proprietary Priority Proposals<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The amount of beamtime consumption is determined by the User Administration Division based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/user.spring8.or.jp\/?p=26885&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Notification of Completion of Beamtime (Beamtime Report) <\/a>submitted after the experiment. In the case of reduced beamtime, the beamtime fee, program fee for non-proprietary priority proposals and user fees will be reduced if the reason for reduction recognized by JASRI was due to beam damping(Unable to supply beam to experimental hutch) or other reasons attributable to the facility. In such cases, the fees will be reduced in units of one hour and rounded down less than 30 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/user.spring8.or.jp\/?p=27114&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Details: Exemption or Reduction of Fees Owing to Down Time<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>The issuance of advance quotations<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We do not support the issuance of advance quotations. If you need to calculate the amount in advance, please do so based on the calculation method above.
