Please be advised that minor revisions may be made by a coordinator of the General Support Division to help readers understand your research better. When you receive a proof copy, please give it a final check.<br \/>\u2013 The coordinator may advise you about correcting errata, or unconformity of the Format as necessary. Also, The coordinator may suggest you for correction about written expression for legibility. On the other hand, the coordinator will not advise you about the content of the report, because it is Non-Refereed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> Designated date after each experiment<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For 2024B term:<\/strong><br \/>\u2003 15 April 2025<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u2013 Industrial Application Proposal Report for\u00a0<strong>2024B term<\/strong>\u00a0will be published in\u00a0<strong>August 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>How to submit<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table doc-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>\u69d8\u5f0f\u756a\u53f7<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>\u69d8\u5f0f\u540d<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>\u5bfe\u8c61<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\r\n\r\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table doc-table\"><tbody><tr><td>F15-IA<\/td><td><a href=\"\/ui\/wp-content\/uploads\/F15_IA.docx\">\u7523\u696d\u5229\u7528\u8ab2\u984c\u5b9f\u65bd\u5831\u544a\u66f8<\/a>\uff3bMS Word\u5f62\u5f0f\uff3d\uff0f<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u30bf\u30d6\u3067\u958b\u304f)\" href=\"\/ui\/wp-content\/uploads\/F15_IA_FORMAT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">\u8a18\u5165\u4f8b<\/a>\uff3bPDF\u5f62\u5f0f\uff3d<\/td><td>\u4e00\u822c\u8ab2\u984c\uff08\u7523\u696d\u5229\u7528\uff09<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Prepare the report in MS Word in principle.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The paper size should be A4 and the length should be two to four pages.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Required information\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Proposal number<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Title of experiment, which can be different from the title at the time of the proposal application<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Name and affiliation of the project leader<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Beamline used<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Experimental results<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Please pay attention to the following points when writing the text.<br \/>\u2013 Make sure to include research summary (purpose and background, experimental\/analytical method, results\/discussions, etc.)<br \/>\u2013 The report should be clear and comprehensible to readers who are not experts in your field; include the significance and perspectives of research in the field.<br \/>\u2013 All nonstandard abbreviations should be defined when first used.
