Submit the original Radiation Worker Application Form (Form 5-1)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>To complete Form 5-1, please go to <a href=\"https:\/\/harimariken01.spring8.or.jp\/english\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RIKEN Harima Safety Center Web page<\/a> and submit online.<br \/><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">*If you apply online, you can check the progress of your application and the attendance status of e-learning system by logging in to your personal page.<\/mark><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>If Form 5-1 is incomplete, you will not receive an e-learning invitation e-mail until the contents have been verified.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>2. Invitation to Radiation Safety Training Session via the e-learning system (e-mail)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>RIKEN Harima Safety Center will send an e-mail message to the address written on Form 5-1.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Access the URL given in the e-mail message to take the course.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The password to access the URL is the Receipt No. written on Form 5-1.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>After taking the Radiation Safety Training Session, the completion of the course is registered in the SPring-8\/SACLA radiation safety training management system.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>3. Take the Radiation Safety Training Session via the e-learning system<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>System requirements are as follows:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>OS\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Windows<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Mac: OS X 10.10 or newer<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Browser\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Windows:Firefox 36 or newer<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Mac: Firefox 36 or later, Safari 5 or newer<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Player\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>HTML5 Player (Flash Player Plugin is no longer needed.)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>4.<\/strong> Notes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>If you wish to receive your user card and dosimeter at the Guard House after 7:30 pm, you must complete the e-learning course by 6:30 pm on the day.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>If you have not completed the Radiation Safety Training(e-learning) upon arrival, you will be required to complete it on-site.
