The number of people reviewing proprietary proposal applications is limited, and strict information management and confidentiality are ensured.<br>The application deadlines and reviews are twice a year \/ six times a year, and accepted proposals are valid for six months, while those approved by the PX-BL are valid for one year. Each beamline has its beamtime allocation limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"hsl\"><strong>Application Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants need to fulfill the following conditions:<br><li>Must be affiliated with a corporate enterprise, including a public or private college, university, or other institution of higher education, a public or not-for-profit research organization, and a private company.<\/li><li>Be registered as a radiation worker when using synchrotron radiation.<\/li><li>Agree to the terms and conditions of the <a class=\"c1\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/F01-PP_e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Proprietary Use Agreement for Public Beamline<\/a> and submit it by the deadline.<\/li><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"hsl\"><strong>Proposal Review<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The safety and technical feasibility of the experiment, and ethics (e.g., exclusively for peaceful purposes) will be considered. Approved proposals are given beamtime so far as beamtime available to this program permits. In case the total beamtime shifts required by all the applied proposals exceed the designated percentage indicated below, the PRC determines in a comprehensive manner which proposals are given priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"hsl\"><strong>Maximum Percentages of Allocable Beamtime<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to 40% of total beamtime per beamline can be allocated together for Proprietary Proposals and Non-Proprietary Priority Proposals. Up to 50% of each user beamtime is for public use at RIKEN beamlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"hsl\"><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table fee-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>\u5229\u7528\u6599\u91d1\u306e\u7a2e\u985e<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1\u30b7\u30d5\u30c8\u203b\u5f53\u305f\u308a<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table fee-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>\u512a\u5148\u5229\u7528\u6599<\/td><td>\u4e0d\u8981<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table \u6db2\u4f53\u30d8\u30ea\u30a6\u30e0\u306e\u4f7f\u7528\u304c\u3042\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u3001\u6d88\u8017\u54c1\u5b9f\u8cbb\u8ca0\u62c5\uff08\u5f93\u91cf\u5206\uff09\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u306b\u5fdc\u3058\u3066\u8acb\u6c42\u3055\u305b\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3060\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
