Announcement for Liquid Nitrogen Stations during shutdown period

Dear colleagues,

The three of the Liquid Nitrogen stations (No. 2, 3 and 5 station) will restrict use during the shutdown period in this summer.

Period: from August 2 to September 20, 2023.

Please use the No. 1 and 4 station during that period.
