Details: Animal Experiment Report [Form 17-7]
Deadline: Within 14 days after each experiments
The chief animal experiment researcher is required to provide information on the progress of the experiment and when and how many times the experiment was conducted in an Animal Experiment Report and submit the file to JASRI Safety Office immediately after the completion of the experiment.
