The Users Office will contact you when the Guest House is fully booked. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, contact the Guest House Front Desk by e-mail promptly and leave (register) the following:
Affiliation
Name
Requested dates of stay
Room type (single room in Guest Houses A and B or twin room in Guest Houses C and D)
Contact method when a room becomes available
If we have trouble reaching you, the room will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. You are strongly encouraged to leave your cell phone number which the guest house easily can reach you as soon as a room becomes available.
