If the User Card ID Numbers of Project Team Members Are Unknown

Click the “Lookup User Information” button on the page that you need to input a user card ID number. Search for the user card ID number by inputting family name, given name, and/or affiliation. If the user card ID number of a project team member who has already completed user registration cannot be found, the input Chinese characters may be incorrect (if the Chinese characters are unknown, try inputting Roman characters or katakana) or the project team member has chosen “Do not allow” in his/her account settings on the User Registration page, in which case, the project team member must be contacted directly.
