Industrial application proposals using advanced technology are intended to promote advanced problem-solving and the discovery of needs for new applications in industries by utilizing SPring-8 advanced measurement technologies that are new to project leaders who wish to use SPring-8 for industrial application. Industrial application proposals using advanced technology has been designed as a priority field proposal.

You may not submit another proposal with the same application details as a General Proposal. If your Industrial Application Proposals Using Advanced technology is rejected, it will then be automatically reviewed as a General Proposal for Industrial Application.

*Either the project leader or at least one of the project team members must be an employee of a private company or related institution. The proposal must be based on measurement techniques that have never been used before by project leaders at SPring-8. It is necessary to consult with beamline scientists on the feasibility and concrete implementation method before submitting the proposal.
