Safety procedures may be required if you plan to bring anything for which the submission of an application is required. Please select an applicable option from the check boxes (multiple choices allowed).
In the fields below “Details of Samples,” provide the name of each substance, state (form), quantity and unit, hazards, purpose of use, containment measures and disposal method, safety measures, risk level, and remarks. Click here to see details of the risk level. If you need to provide details of more than five samples, click “Add Row (Details of Samples)” from “Menu” > “Operation.”
In the fields provided for “Equipment that you will bring to SPring-8,” enter the name, specifications, and safety measures of any instrument/device/equipment that you plan to bring to SPring-8. If you need to bring more than five instruments, click “Add Row (Equipment that you will bring to SPring-8)” from “Menu” > “Operation.” The provided fields may seem too small to enter data depending on your screen resolution. We recommend that you first draft your application offline using a template and then copy/paste the data from the template to the appropriate fields to avoid losing work in the event of incorrect operations or input errors.
