STEP5 Project Team Members
It is necessary to register “Project Team Members” for your experiment. When you select “Project Team Members” from “Menu” > “Move to,” the page for registering project team members will appear. Enter the user card ID numbers of all project team members expected to be involved in experimental work at SPring-8 and click on the “Lookup User Information” button (at the bottom of the page or in “Menu” > “Operation”). Then, the names and affiliations of the members will be automatically entered.
You can change the project team members after the proposal is approved. If you need to register more than five members, click “Add Row” from “Menu” > “Operation.” When you do not know the user card ID number of the member(s), click “User Card Number Search” from “Menu” > “Operation,” and another window for the search engine will be shown so that you can find the user card ID number of the member(s) on the basis of last/first name or affiliation.
Note that if project team members have chosen “Do Not Allow” for search in their account settings on the User Registration page, their information, including the user card ID number, will not be displayed in the search results and their project leaders will be unable to find the user card ID numbers. Project leaders, therefore, are advised to confirm all project members’ ID number in advance.
